Reading Safari Complete Packages

Real-life Reading for Grades K-5
Reading Safari uses high-interest content area topics to build students’ vocabulary and comprehension skills. Paired fiction and nonfiction texts provide nonfiction, fiction, poetry, and a play on a single reading level in a single topic area, with grade-level-appropriate science, social studies, health, or other cross-curricular content. The materials span guided reading levels A-W in three formats: magazines, reference books, and fiction, all linked by topic. Teacher Notes include instructional focuses for guided reading and literacy activities for each article and book. Reading Safari is appropriate for both guided reading instruction and classroom libraries.
